      Charges per SMS/RVM

      With Smarter Contact, you can send two types of messages SMS (Short Message Service) and RVM (Ringless Voice Messages).
      The charges per SMS and RVM depend on your Membership Plan.
      Below you can find the details about charges for each of the message types.

      SMS

      Cost:

      $0.05/SMS (Basic Plan)
      $0.03/SMS (Starter Plan);

      $0.025/SMS (Pro Plan);

      $0.02/SMS (Elite Plan)

       

      NOTE:

      1. The system charges you for all outgoing SMS sent (both in campaigns and in private conversation threads).
      2. The charge is done to the payment method you select before confirmation of the charge or to your default payment method set on your account.
      3. If you send messages in campaigns, you are charged for all the messages before the start of the campaign when you click Send messages and click Confirm.
      4. You are charged for two messages if your SMS exceeds the 160-character limit. The carriers will split the message into two parts to deliver it. The recipient will see the message as one.

      RVM

      Cost:

      $0.03/RVM Delivered (Pro Plan)

      $0.025/RVM Delivered (Elite Plan)

       

      NOTE:

      1. The charge is done to the payment method you select before confirmation of the charge.
      2. If you send messages in campaigns, you are charged for all the messages before the start of the campaign when you click Send messages and click Confirm.
