Checking Your Billing History
Your Billing History is the full record of everything you've been charged for in Smarter Contact — recharges, plan payments, and the services you use. It's where you go to review a charge, filter down to the one you're looking for, and download invoices whenever you need them.
Open your Billing History
- Click the Settings wheel and open the Membership page.
- Scroll down and click View Billing History.

What each charge shows
In the Billing History pop-up, every charge lists:
- Date of the charge
- Payment method
- Description
- Status — Succeeded or Failed
- Amount charged
- A link to open the Invoice
You can also filter the list by payment method — Card, Balance, or Show all — and by date range.
💡 Pro tip — Use the date range and payment-method filters to jump straight to the charge you're after, instead of scrolling through the whole list.
Download an invoice
Click Invoice on any charge to open it. What happens next depends on how you paid:
- Balance transactions open the invoice in a new tab.
- Card transactions download a PDF invoice automatically.
Good to know
- "Lookup" charges are free. A Lookup line in your history is list verification — it's free on every plan, so it never adds to your bill.
- See which campaign a charge belongs to. Hover over the Info icon next to a campaign to see its name.
