# Creating a Scheduled Message
Scheduled messages let you write a text now and have it sent automatically at a time you choose — first thing tomorrow, next Monday morning, or any custom date and time. It's the easy way to land your follow-up in a one-on-one conversation exactly when your lead is most likely to see it, without watching the clock.
### Schedule a message to send later
1. Open the **Messenger** page.
2. Open an existing conversation, or start a new one with a contact.
3. Type your message.
4. Click the down arrow (˅) on the **Send** button and choose when to send it:
- **Tomorrow at 9:00 AM**
- **Next Monday at 9:00 AM**
- **Custom time** — pick any date and time you want.
That's it — your message is queued and goes out on its own at the time you picked.
### View or delete a scheduled message
Open the **Scheduled** tab in the contact panel to see everything you've got queued up. From there, you can review what's scheduled or delete any message you no longer want to send.
**💡 Pro tip —** You can't edit a scheduled message once it's set. If you need to change the wording or the timing, delete it from the **Scheduled** tab and create a new one.
