Creating your first Power Dialer campaign

Getting started with your first Power Dialer campaign is quick and simple. With just a few steps, you can set up everything you need to start reaching out to your prospects efficiently. Make sure your contact list is uploaded, and you have at least 5 dialer numbers ready to go.

How to Create Your First Power Dialer Campaign

  1. Go to the Dialer Tab
    Navigate to the Dialer tab in your Smarter Contact account.
  2. Click 'New Campaign'
    Select New Campaign to begin setting up your campaign.

  3. Enter Campaign Name
    Give your campaign a name that reflects its purpose and date for easy reference.
  4. Select Contact Groups
    Choose the contact groups you want to include in this campaign.
  5. Pick Your 5 Dialer Numbers
    Choose the 5 dialer numbers you want to use for this campaign.

  6. Set Call Outcomes/Labels
    Select from default labels like Lead, Not Interested, Call Back, or Wrong Number, or create custom ones.

  7. Choose a Call Script
    Select an existing call script or create a new one.
  8. Click 'Start Campaign'
    Once everything is set, click Start Campaign to begin your outreach.

Default Call Outcomes

The system includes default call labels like:

  • Lead
  • Not Interested
  • Call Back
  • Wrong Number
  • Etc.

You can also create and customize labels in Settings > Edit Labels. Learn more about editing labels here.

Important Notes

  • You must select exactly 5 phone numbers for your campaign to begin.
  • The system will automatically filter out Do Not Contact (DNC) numbers.
  • A call script must be selected before starting the campaign.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the Start Campaign button is inactive, ensure all required fields are filled.
  • If contacts aren’t showing, check that you've selected the correct contact group.
  • If numbers aren’t available, check the Calling Setup for proper configuration.
