Mobile Text Alerts send a copy of your incoming messages to your mobile phone.

If a lead responds to your SMS sent in Messenger or a campaign, you’ll receive a notification on your device with an Active Incoming Number and will be able to respond quickly.

To enable Mobile Text Alerts:

  1. Turn on the MTA toggle on the Phone Setup page.

  2. Filter the MTA in drop-down fields, i.e., whether you wish to receive texts from a specific campaign, label, or group.

  3. Pricing: The first 100 SMS per month are free. All the following will cost $0.01/SMS.

To stop SMS notifications, turn the MTA toggle off.

Note: This feature is available for users subscribed to Elite.
