Managing lots of conversations can sometimes feel challenging, so we've added a follow-up feature for you to get your leads on the Calendar from the Messenger tab if a follow-up is required.

The Follow up on the field can be found under the Info tab in the conversation with your lead.

Select the thread under Messenger, go to Info, and scroll down almost to the bottom of this panel.

Then, click in the Follow up on field, and you'll get a calendar pop-up to select the desired date and time.

Once selected, you'll get the notification below, and the contact will be added to the Calendar tab.
