Exporting Blocked Numbers from Campaign

If you notice a high carrier block rate in a campaign, you can export a list with all the carrier blocked numbers and create a new campaign to reach out to these leads again.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Campaigns page
  2. Click on the Ended/ Paused campaign to select it
  3. Scroll down and click on Export > Carrier Blocked > Confirm

After exporting the CSV file, you can upload the list to create the new campaign and contact these leads.

You can also use the Push to Group option to send all the blocked contacts from this campaign to any group under Groups automatically:

  1. Go to the Campaigns page
  2. Click on the Ended/ Paused campaign to select it
  3. Scroll down and click on Push to Group > Carrier Blocked > Next
  4. Select the Group you'd like to send these contacts to from the drop-down list or hit the Create New Group button to create a new group
  5. Click the Add to Group button.
