Follow-up Campaigns

Stay on Track , Save Your Time ⌚️

The Follow-up Campaign feature helps you re-engage contacts who didn’t respond the first time. You can launch follow-up campaigns directly from the campaign list, a campaign’s details page, or in the dedicated follow-up section. The system keeps your contact history and phone numbers consistent, so you don’t lose track of conversations while saving time on setup.

Where to Find the Feature

You can start a follow-up campaign from several places in the platform:

  • Campaign list view: Use the “Follow-up campaign” button next to “New campaign” or click the follow-up icon on any completed campaign. You can also select up to 25 campaigns to create several follow-ups at once.

  • Campaign details page: A “Create a follow-up” button appears for ended campaigns.

  • Completed campaigns section: Shows all completed campaigns with a “Create a follow-up” option. If no campaigns have ended yet, you’ll see an empty state instead.

What You Will Need

Before you can create a follow-up campaign, make sure you have:

  • An active subscription for both your main and secondary accounts.

  • At least one completed campaign.

  • Contacts from that campaign who did not respond.

  • Phone numbers still available from the original campaign.

Filtering Contacts for Follow-up Campaigns

When setting up a follow-up campaign, you can narrow down your audience using the Filters modal. Filters are grouped into sections you can expand as needed.

Filter Logic

At the top, choose how filters should be applied:

  • Any (OR logic): Includes contacts that match at least one of the selected criteria.

Example: “Wrong number” OR “Do Not Call” will include contacts with either label.

  • All (AND logic): Includes only contacts that match every selected criterion.

Example: “Wrong number” AND “Do Not Call” will only include contacts with both labels.

By default, logic is set to All, but you can switch to Any using the dropdown.
