Before building your first flow, ensure you have:

  1. Build Your Workflow: Create your sequence of messages and define the time gaps (e.g., Day 0, Day 3, Day 7).

  2. Add a Contact: In your Messenger, click the "Add to contact workflow" icon on any conversation.

  3. Launch: Review the cost and timeline, then hit start. The system handles the rest.

⚠️ Vital Rules & Limits

  • Max Length: 9 messages per workflow.

  • Max Gap: Up to 365 days between messages.

  • Message Size: Each message is limited to 2 SMS segments (keep it concise!).

  • Editing: You cannot edit an active workflow. You must pause it first (which removes all active contacts).

  • Billing: Charges happen when you add the contact, not when the message sends. (Remember: Automatic refunds apply if they reply!).
