Power Dialer campaign management and outcomes

Effectively managing your Power Dialer campaigns ensures better results and keeps your outreach organized. Here's a quick guide to campaign statuses, management, and tracking outcomes.

Campaign Statuses

  • Active: Currently running and dialing contacts.
  • Paused: Temporarily stopped but can be resumed later.
  • Completed: All contacts have been processed; campaign cannot be restarted.
  • Inactive: Draft campaigns or those that haven't started yet.

Managing Campaigns

  • Access all campaigns in the Dialer tab.
  • Use the left sidebar to sort campaigns by their status.

  • Start or pause campaigns as needed with a single click.
  • Access valuable data such as call recordings and notes from within each campaign.
  • Export results for analysis or backup whenever necessary.

Call Outcomes

Track call results with ease using the following:

  • Default Labels: Pre-set outcomes like "Lead" or "Not Interested."

  • Notes: Save key details about conversations for follow-ups.
  • Recordings: Review call recordings for quality assurance or analysis.

Important Notes

  • Paused campaigns can be resumed from where they left off.
  • Completed campaigns cannot be restarted but their data remains accessible.
  • Notes and recordings are automatically saved during campaigns.
  • Export your data regularly to ensure you have backups.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If the campaign won't pause, check if active calls are still in progress.
  • Refresh the page if the campaign status isn't updating.
  • For issues with exporting data, try reducing the date range or number of entries.
