Power Dialer reporting and analytics

You can easily track your campaign performance and analyze call outcomes with Power Dialer’s detailed reporting tools. In this article we will show you how to access reports, review outcomes, and optimize your results effortlessly.

 

Accessing Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reporting tab.
  2. Select the Dialer section.
  3. Use the filter dropdown to choose a campaign.
    • All campaigns except inactive ones are shown.
    • Filter results by agent for targeted insights.

Available Metrics

Call Volume Metrics

  • Total calls dialed: The total number of outbound calls made.
  • Total calls answered: The number of calls answered by humans only.
  • Response rate: (Answered calls ÷ Total calls) × 100%.

Call Quality Metrics

  • Average call time: Total talk time ÷ Total answered calls.
  • Conversations: Calls lasting longer than 90 seconds.
  • Conversation rate: (Conversations ÷ Answered calls) × 100%.

Conversion Metrics

  • Leads: Contacts marked with the "Lead" label.
  • Deals closed: Contacts marked with the "Deal closed" label.
  • Call to lead rate: (Leads ÷ Total calls) × 100%.
  • Lead to deal rate: (Deals ÷ Leads) × 100%.

Call Outcomes

  • Count per label: Number of calls assigned to each outcome label.
  • Percentage per outcome type: Distribution of call results by percentage.

Important Notes

  • Reports update in real-time for the most accurate data.
  • Labels from calling campaigns appear only in calling reports.
  • Sub-account statistics are available for master accounts.
  • Only human-answered calls are included in the statistics.

Troubleshooting

  • If metrics seem incorrect: Verify that labels were correctly assigned during the campaign.
  • If data is missing: Check if the correct campaign filter is selected.
  • If sub-account data not visible: Confirm that the appropriate permissions are enabled for account access.
