Reactivating Your Account

You can reactivate your subscription from the Membership page. The exact button you'll see — and the steps that follow — depend on your account's current status, so find your situation below.

Before you start

  • Main account only. Sub-accounts can't re-subscribe on their own. Reactivation has to be done from the main account.
  • A card must be on file. If you don't have a saved card, the Subscribe/Resume buttons may not appear. Add a card on the Manage cards page first, then come back to reactivate.

If your subscription was canceled

This is the standard reactivation flow.

  1. Go to the Membership page.
  2. Click Subscribe next to your plan details.
  3. A confirmation modal opens — titled "Reactivate your calling subscription" or "Reactivate your messaging subscription" — showing your plan details and a price breakdown.
  4. Click Subscribe inside the modal to finalize.

Your account status changes to Active, and you'll see a confirmation message.

If your subscription is pending cancelation

Your subscription is in Pending cancelation when you've already canceled but it's still active until the end of the billing period.

  • Go to the Membership page and click Resume subscription.
  • This reactivates immediately — there's no confirmation modal — and you'll see the message "You are successfully subscribed."

If your account status is Incomplete

Accounts with an Incomplete status use a different button instead of Subscribe:

  • Messaging plans: click Start subscription.
  • Calling plans: click Activate subscription.

If your account is Past due

When your account is Past due, there's no Subscribe or Resume button available. You'll need to fix your payment on the Manage cards page first, then reactivate.

What's restored when you reactivate

  • Your data is safe. Campaigns, contacts, messages, and call recordings are fully recoverable at any time.
  • Brand registration (10DLC): stays active for up to 30 days after cancellation. After that, you'll need to re-register your brand.
  • Phone numbers: kept for 14 days after cancellation, then released. If they've already been released, you'll need to buy new numbers.
