We do not provide refunds as stated in the Subscription Cancellations section of our Terms and Conditions.
NOTE:
We can reinstate your subscription for the month you paid for whenever you are ready to use the software again.
We do not provide refunds for the credits remaining on the account balance upon cancellation. These funds will remain on the account intact until you reactivate the subscription.
