Running Power Dialer campaigns
Effectively managing your dialer campaign ensures seamless operations and maximized productivity. Here's a guide to managing your Power Dialer while it's running.
Starting Calls
- Open Your Campaign
Navigate to your campaign dashboard. - Switch Status to Online
Toggle the status from "Offline" to "Online" to begin dialing. - How It Works:
- The system dials up to 5 numbers simultaneously.
- When a contact answers, other calls are automatically disconnected.
- Your script appears on-screen alongside the contact's details.
During Calls
Stay productive and organized during calls by using these features:
- Add Notes: Use the contact information panel to add notes for future reference.
- Record Calls: Click the record button to save important conversations.
- Set Call Outcomes: Assign outcomes (e.g., lead, callback, wrong number) at the end of each call.
- Next Call: The system automatically moves to the next set of numbers once the call ends.
Taking Breaks
You can pause your campaign without disrupting progress:
- Toggle to Offline
- Switch the status to "Offline" between call groups.
- The system will finish any active call before pausing.
- Resume Campaign:
- Toggle back to "Online" when you're ready to continue dialing.
Important Notes
- Keep the browser tab open and active at all times to ensure smooth functionality.
- Use only one tab for the Dialer to avoid conflicts.
- The system automatically detects voicemails and skips them.
- Each contact gets two call attempts if there’s no answer on the first try.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter any issues while running your campaign:
- Disconnected Calls: Check your internet connection for stability.
- System Stops Dialing: Verify the offline/online status and toggle if necessary.
- Missing Script: Refresh the campaign page to reload your script.
