With the Power Dialer, you can ensure seamless communication by forwarding callback calls to your preferred phone number and setting up a custom voicemail.
How to Set Up Callback Routing
- Navigate to Settings > Calling Setup.
- Locate the Active Incoming # field.
- Enter the phone number where you want to receive callbacks.
- Click Update to save your changes.
The number you use can be:
- Your business phone number
- Your personal mobile number or
- Any US-based number
Pro tip:
Choose area codes matching your target regions to increase answer rates. For example, if calling Texas prospects, consider getting numbers with Texas area codes.
How to Configure Voicemail Settings
- Go to Settings > Calling Setup.
- Under the Voicemail section, choose a male or female voice for your voicemail.
- Enter your custom voicemail message text.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Important Notes
- Callbacks work only with US-based phone numbers.
- The callback number must differ from your Dialer numbers.
- The system will continue dialing even when handling callback calls.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If callbacks aren’t coming through, double-check the number entered in the Active Incoming # field.
- Test callback routing by making a test call to verify functionality.
- Ensure the callback number is in the correct format, including the country code if required.
