# Setting up callbacks and voicemail for the Power Dialer
With the Power Dialer, you can ensure seamless communication by forwarding callback calls to your preferred phone number and setting up a custom voicemail.
#### **How to Set Up Callback Routing**
1. Navigate to **Settings \> Calling Campaign**.
2. Locate the **Active Incoming #** field.
3. Enter the phone number where you want to receive callbacks.
4. Click **Update** to save your changes.
The number you use can be:
- Your business phone number
- Your personal mobile number or
- Any US-based number
**💡 Pro tip:** Choose area codes matching your target regions to increase answer rates. For example, if calling Texas leads, consider getting numbers with Texas area codes.
#### **How to Configure Voicemail Settings**
1. Go to **Settings \> Calling Campaign**.
2. Under the **Voicemail** section, you can record or upload your own voicemail, or use the AI assistant.
3. Choose a male or female voice for your voicemail.
4. Enter your custom voicemail message text.
5. Click **Save** to apply the changes.
**Important Notes**
- Callbacks work only with US-based phone numbers.
- The callback number must differ from your Dialer numbers.
- The system will continue dialing even when handling callback calls.
#### **Troubleshooting Tips**
- If callbacks aren’t coming through, double-check the number entered in the **Active Incoming #** field.
- Test callback routing by making a test call to verify functionality.
- Ensure the callback number is in the correct format, including the country code if required.
