You can now see your unread status without opening the application. The app icon displays a real-time counter for:

DNC & Contact Management (Long-Press)
We have updated how you manage contacts to prevent accidental actions and improve accuracy. Swipe gestures have been replaced with a "Long-Press" menu.
From the Chat list or inside a conversation, you can now long-press to:

Add to DNC: Instantly move a contact to the Do Not Contact list.

Delete/Restore: Remove or recover contacts directly from the mobile interface.

Compliance: Long-press options are limited when viewing sub-accounts.
