Ever wish you could make more calls in less time? Now, you can! Get ready to increase your calling efficiency by 150%!
- **Multi-line dialer:** Simultaneously dial multiple lines at the same time to increase your outbound call volume.
- **Double dialing:** Automatically double-dial every contact to increase your call response rates.
- **Speed dialing:** Reduce agent idle time by automatically dialing contacts back-to-back as soon as the last batch ends.
- **Line swapping:** Automatically swap between phone lines, decrease carrier flagging, and maintain a good phone health score with mobile carriers.
- **Market targeting:** Increase call acceptance rates by automatically matching your phone number area code to the recipient's area code.
- **Phone health scoring:** Automatically preserve your phone health score, avoid being flagged as spam, and avoid being blacklisted across all major carriers and call-blocking apps.
- **Call handling and recording:** Make, receive, record your calls, and play them back later. Provide feedback to your team and achieve calling proficiency faster.
- **Call campaign reporting:** Gather deep insights from your calling performance, make data-driven decisions, and improve your team's performance.
