This release is all about increasing your reply rates while protecting you from compliance issues. We've introduced automatic contact data formatting to significantly improve your reply rates, along with upgraded TCPA compliance features to effortlessly handle new regulations.

🤖 AI response filtering for enhanced protection

Our new AI filtering system helps identify opt-out intent in a broader range of messages:

  • Messages without explicit opt-out words get filtered when our AI detects opt-out intent
  • Clear "AI filtered" labels in your Opted out folder
  • New reporting metrics show you exactly how effective our AI filtering system is
  • Plus, we've expanded recognized opt-out keywords to include "opt out," "opt-out," and "revoke," – giving your contacts more ways to communicate their preferences

Note: AI can make mistakes, so be sure to pay attention when a contact wants to stop all further communication and respect their request.

Cleaner contact data to boost your reply rates

We’ve found a lot of poorly formatted data (e.g., ALL CAPS NAMES or all lowercase names) that looks like spam to the recipient and significantly decreases your reply rates. With this improvement, your data will be appropriately formatted out of the box whenever you upload a new list and use our default fields. When using our default fields for mapping your data:

  • Names, addresses, and cities are automatically formatted during import
  • ALL CAPS and lowercase text are appropriately capitalized
  • State names are converted to standard 2-letter abbreviations

Your templates will now look significantly more professional and personalized, helping you achieve higher engagement and response rates without any extra effort. No more missed opportunities due to poor formatting!

🛡️ Brand-level opt-out protection

Our brand-level opt-out system now creates an invisible protective shield across your entire organization:

  • Contacts who opt out are automatically excluded from messaging across your entire brand
  • Consistent opt-out management between your primary account and all sub-accounts
  • When contacts respond with "START", they're removed from all opt-out lists across your primary account and all sub-accounts

These upgrades make sure you're compliant with the latest regulations while maintaining seamless communication with engaged contacts.
