One of our most exciting and anticipated features allows you to create custom text in campaigns to further engage your leads. An example would be someone texting the word "house" to your number and subsequently receiving an automated drip campaign from you. It's a very powerful feature and we’ll be recording full training on it soon.
Toll-Free Numbers 📞
An additional number type (877/844) you can use to market and follow up with your prospects and customers. Much fewer restrictions and a backup in a situation where 10DLC presents issues or you're waiting for approval.

You can now click URLs directly from the messenger page

If your customer calls you, we’ll display a missed call notification in the conversation thread with a timestamp
