New Features and Improvements:
Starting May 2, all incoming texts and calls are free on all plans. For most of you, this translates into significant savings every month.
With this value-add change to all plans, we're renaming our Ninja plan to Pro and Top G to Elite. We're also introducing a new Basic plan at only $99/mo.
Furthermore, the value of Starter plans was significantly improved. Now users on the Starter plan can use most of our voice features, including - call dialing, call recording, call forwarding, and voicemail inbox with local or toll-free numbers. None of our direct competitors offer in-app voice solutions like we do, and we're committed to adding even more.
Over time we've noticed that our most successful customers are always in the plans that deliver the most value, which have always been the middle to top tier. This is mainly due to the use of our drip campaigns and campaign scheduling features.
With campaign scheduling, you can automate and delegate your sending to follow-up with leads you would give up on, and doing so at the right time, every time.
With drip campaigns, you can enroll your list into automated follow-up messaging sequences that only drip the next message when defined conditions are met, such as "no reply".
To encourage more use of these features, which we know enable more of our customers to generate more leads and close more deals, the campaign sending volume for Starter plans will now be limited to 2,500 text messages a month. These limits are not subject to one-to-one messaging, only for Campaigns.
The Starter plan will still make sense for many of you who are just getting started. But for those of you who are ready to level up, you can increase your campaign sending volume by upgrading plans now or as your operational bandwidth grows.
