Starting today all Business Plans will be billed quarterly, instead of monthly for all new customers.
We've implemented this change because we believe that this shared commitment to use Smarter Contact for at least 90-days for Business Plan customers will result in greater ROIs as we have noticed most will close their first deal within this timeframe.
But remember, you're not alone in this journey. When you sign up to any of our Subscription Plans you will be assigned a customer success rep at no additional cost, who will be committed as you to help you close your first deal.
Our Enterprise Plans for high-level operators and senders who want to achieve the highest earning potential will continue to be billed on a monthly basis.
With any Elite Plus plan, you'll continue to be rewarded with committed-use discounts on outbound text messages plus receive the highest level of service from our customer support and success teams, which includes monthly calls.
