Meet the Interactive Trial

For our 3.0 release, we focused on solving a common friction point for new users: the time it takes to set up compliance (10DLC) and purchase numbers before you can actually test the software.

With the new Interactive Trial System, we have removed those barriers. You can now experience the complete Smarter Contact workflow—from launching campaigns to managing replies—in a simulated environment immediately upon signing up.

🙋‍♂️ How the Interactive Trial Works

The new system gives you a 7-day window to evaluate the platform using realistic data simulations. This allows you to understand exactly how the software functions before you commit to a subscription or complete your carrier registration.

1. Launch Campaigns in Simulation Mode

You can now build and launch SMS campaigns safely without sending messages to real contacts.

  • Simulation Credits: You get 1,000 free credits to test campaign builder.

  • No Real Costs: Since these are simulated messages, you incur no carrier fees.

  • Realistic Data: You will see delivery rates and engagement metrics populate in real-time, just like a live account.

2. Instant Access (No 10DLC Required)

Normally, you must register your brand and wait for vetting before sending texts. The trial bypasses this for testing purposes:

  • 3 Preset Phone Numbers: We automatically assign three numbers to your account so you can start testing immediately.

  • No Waiting: Start building your process while your real compliance status is pending.

3. Test Your Inbox Workflow

To help you evaluate our messenger interface, the system generates simulated replies to your trial campaigns.

  • Varied Scenarios: You will receive different types of responses—interested leads, "Not Interested" replies, and wrong numbers.

  • Practice Management: This allows you to test our labeling system, inbox organization, and quick-reply features with "live" examples.

⚙️ Full Feature Access

Trial users have access to the core tools needed to build a strategy:

  • Template Library: Access industry-standard templates or create and organize your own custom scripts.

  • Contact Management: Upload lists, create groups, and manage custom fields.

  • Messenger: Send unlimited 1:1 text, voice, and MMS messages in the simulator.

Seamless Transition to Paid

We designed the trial so you don’t have to do the work twice. When you decide to upgrade to a paid plan:

  • We Keep: Your Contact Groups, Custom Templates, and Account Preferences are retained.

  • We Remove: The simulated campaign data and fake replies are automatically cleaned up.

Once activated, you unlock premium features like Workflows, Calling Plans, and the ability to purchase Real Phone Numbers.
