[Web app updates](https://support.smartercontact.com/product-updates?hsLang=en#web-app-updates) November 5, 2026 # Smarter Contact 3.18 Web App Update ## Auto-record your calls, see which number you used, and reply faster in Messenger You can now record connected calls automatically, see which of your numbers sent or received every message and call, and send 1:1 outbound texts from your keyboard. It’s built for anyone who lives in Messenger and on the phone. ### 📞 Automatic call recording Record your connected direct calls and dialer campaign calls without pressing anything. Go to **General settings**, then **Call settings**. 2. Turn on the **Automatic call recording** toggle. Make sure you stay compliant with recording rules in your region. If you invite someone, they’ll set their password on a screen that shows who invited them.
