# Smarter Contact 3.2 Web App Update
## Total Control Over Your Messaging
The quickest way to kill a deal is to look unorganized. Imagine calling a lead to have a personal conversation, only for an automated "Just checking in" text to hit their phone while you are on the line. It breaks the illusion of personal attention.
Our new update solves this forever.
We have introduced a new **"Pre-Flight Check"** for your messaging. Now, before you send a message or make a call, we scan the contact’s timeline to show you exactly what is already scheduled. You can clean up the queue, prevent overlaps, and ensure every interaction lands perfectly.
### One View Before You Act
We have unified your view of the future. Whether you are about to **Send a 1:1 Message**, **Schedule a Text**, **Make a Call**, or **Add to a Workflow**, the system now acts as your safety net.
If there is any pending sequences or messages scheduled for that contact, a modal will appear showing you everything in the pipeline:
- Upcoming Campaign Messages
- Active Contact Workflows (Are you using our biggest productivity booster yet?)
- Scheduled 1:1 Messages
- Pending Dialer Campaigns
### You Are in Control
We don't just block you; we give you the choice.
1. **Review:** See the conflicting messages side-by-side.
2. **Decide:** Remove the old automation to make room for your new personal reach-out, or keep both if that’s your strategy.
3. **Act:** Confirm your choice and proceed.
### No Overlap, Happy Leads
This update is about protecting your reputation with your leads.
- **No Clashing Messages:** Stop sending "Hey, are you interested?" manually at the same time a Drip Campaign sends "Did you get my last text?"
- **No Buried Messages:** Ensure your manual texts aren't lost in a sea of automated follow-ups.
- **No awkward Calls:** Ensure you don't call a lead immediately after an automated text just went out.
### Smart Refunds
We made sure cleaning up your timeline doesn't cost you. If you choose to **remove** a scheduled SMS or Campaign message to prioritize a new action, we automatically **refund the credits** (Free SMS or Paid Balance) associated with that cancelled message.
Clean up your timeline, save your credits, and get a better shot at the reply you want.
