Automated Consent, Centralized Outreach Control, and Advanced Data Validation

This release focuses on reinforcing compliance and operational visibility for high-volume teams. With the introduction of the automated Opt-In API, centralized outreach control within Messenger, and intelligent contact import validation, version 3.5 ensures your communications are highly scalable and meticulously managed.

Automated Consent Management (Opt-In API)

We have introduced a fully automated compliance workflow to handle inbound leads across your entire pipeline. By generating an API endpoint and connecting it to your external lead sources, you ensure every new contact is processed compliantly before outreach begins.

Opt-In API-1

  • Universal Connectivity: Generate an Opt-In URL endpoint from the new Integrations page (now located under Workflows). Connect to external sources like Facebook Lead Ads or website forms using Zapier, Make, or standard webhooks.

  • Automated Dispatch: The system immediately triggers a compliant opt-in SMS to new contacts. To maintain compliance, messages strictly adhere to your configured business hours.

  • Dedicated Queueing: All new contacts are routed to a dedicated Opt-in queue folder, providing your team with a clear view of who is waiting for group assignment and outreach.

  • Comprehensive Audit Trail: Every consent interaction is logged—detailing who consented, when, and how. To maintain analytics accuracy, these system messages are excluded from your standard campaign reporting.

  • Infrastructure Safeguards: The API requires an active, approved phone number to function. Built-in logic prevents users from deleting their final approved number while the API is active, ensuring no compliance gaps occur.

Centralized Outreach Visibility in Messenger

Your team now has complete, real-time visibility into every active outreach source touching a specific contact, alongside the tools to manage it directly from the conversation view.

  • Smart Status Indicators: Visual cues within the conversation list now identify contacts currently enrolled in active SMS campaigns, Dialer campaigns, Contact Workflows, or scheduled 1:1 messages.

  • Overlap Detection: The system automatically flags contacts enrolled in multiple or conflicting outreach sequences.

  • Unified Management Modal: Click the new "Manage outreach sources" option to open a centralized modal. From here, you can selectively unschedule the contact from any combination of campaigns or workflows to prevent message failure or recipient fatigue.

  • Workflow Attribution: Messages triggered by Contact Workflows now display the specific workflow name directly in the conversation history, ensuring your agents always have the correct context.

  • Cost Transparency: The workflow activation modal now displays a comprehensive cost breakdown—including SMS segments, applied free credits, and projected overages—prior to launch.

  • Workflow Duplication: You can now duplicate existing Contact Workflows directly from the table, streamlining the deployment of proven sequences.

Intelligent Contact Import Validation

Data integrity is critical for enterprise scaling. Version 3.5 introduces real-time field validation to secure your database health during the upload process.

Inline Mapping Warnings: The system now scans your data during the mapping phase and flags inconsistencies inline (e.g., phone numbers detected in an address column). This allows your team to correct mapping errors before the import executes, eliminating the need for reactive data cleanup.


Billing and Administrative Enhancements

  • Permanent Invoices: Invoice download links no longer expire, allowing your accounting team to access billing records securely at any time.

  • Streamlined History: We have removed zero-dollar ($0) invoices from the billing ledger. Free SMS credits are now tracked separately, ensuring your billing history strictly reflects actual financial spend.
