You'll Always Know Where Your Numbers Stand

When a carrier flags a number, you'll know. Clearly, early, and everywhere you'd look.

• An in-app heads-up the moment it happens. A Smarter Contact AI insights notification names the flagged number, recommends switching, and links straight to your campaign settings.
• A clear signal right where you pick a number. A warning icon appears on the messaging campaign settings page, with a tooltip explaining what's going on and a link to resolve it.
• An email so it reaches you anywhere. It names the flagged number and the campaigns it affects, so you stay in the loop even when you're away from the app.

We monitor your number health continuously and surface trouble at the very first sign, giving you room to swap in a fresh number and keep your momentum.

Accurate Data You Can Act On

We've sharpened the data behind your numbers and exports. The "Unsent Contacts" export is now precise, pulling exactly the contacts who still need a message and leaving out anyone who already received one. Every number you own now appears in the campaign-setup table, right where you expect it, and each one shows its real last-used date so you can trust what you're seeing.

Reliability You'll Feel Day to Day

A few smaller tweaks that smooth out your everyday workflow: keyword-campaign replies now land dependably whenever your balance is in good standing, campaigns can start from any contact group, and message dates sit neatly centered in the conversation view.
