🚦 Live vs. Simulated: The Rules of the Road

While the messaging experience is in "Sandbox Mode" (Free), there are specific rules about what is simulated and what is live.

⚠️ Note on Skiptracing: We believe in giving you access to real tools. Since skiptracing provides actual data on real people, it incurs real costs. You will see a clear confirmation popup before any charge occurs.

We designed the trial so you don't have to do the work twice. When your 7 days are up (or you click "End Trial" to go live), we automatically clean up the "test" data and keep your actual work.

The Fake Data: We wipe all simulated message history, campaign stats, and simulated replies so your dashboard is spotless for your first real campaign.

What happens to Compliance? During the trial, the Brand Registration (10DLC) page is hidden so you can focus on testing the software. Once you activate your full subscription, the page unlocks, and you can submit your brand for real carrier approval.

⛔ Limitations to Know

To ensure the system remains secure and focused on core messaging, some advanced features are locked until you upgrade:

Workflows: You cannot access the Automation/Workflows page during the trial.
Sub-Accounts: You cannot create team sub-accounts until the full subscription is active.
Advanced Tools: Features like API Integrations, Scheduled Campaigns, 1-o-1 Calls and Voicemail Drops are disabled during the simulation.
No Calling Plans: You cannot mix a "Simulated" SMS trial with a "Live" Dialer plan. If you buy a Dialer/Calling plan, the simulation ends, and your account goes fully live immediately.
