[Mobile](https://support.smartercontact.com/mobile?hsLang=en) October 16, 2024 # Troubleshooting Mobile App: iOS devices Make sure that your OS is updated to the latest version. Supported OS and devices specifications: iOS: OS version 12.4+ Resolutions: 414×816 and 768×1024 1. Log out and back to your account. 2. Make sure you’re running the latest version To do this, open the App Store on your phone, then tap Updates, and finally look to see if there is an update for the Smarter Contact app. If there is an update available, please update it to the latest version and try again. We regularly update the iOS app to fix issues and release new features. So this is definitely the first thing to check! 1. Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store If you’re still having problems, the final step is to delete the app from your device entirely and reinstall it through the App Store. This will make sure you have a clean install and will refresh the link between Smarter Contact and your iPhone. - Delete the app on your iPhone by holding on the app’s icon for a couple of seconds (hold until the icons start to wiggle), then tap the x in the top left corner of the app icon, then tap Delete. - Launch the App Store app. - Search for the Smarter Contact app and tap the Download button to reinstall it. Wait for the app to download and install. 1. Perform a force restart on your device If you’re still having problems, try performing a hard restart on your iPhone (don’t worry, you won’t lose any of your data!). To hard restart, follow[these instructions](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201559) depending on which iPhone model you have. Now you’ve done a hard restart on your iPhone, try the app again to see if the issue is resolved. When you open the app, you’ll need to log in again using your Smarter Contact account credentials. Once you’re up and going again - try again and see if this resolves the problem. If it hasn’t, please reach our support team in chat and let us know! - [Contact Us](https://smartercontact.com/contact-us/) [![logo\_smarter\_contact\_@x5](https://support.smartercontact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Email%20images/logo_smarter_contact_@x5.jpg?width=200&height=28&name=logo_smarter_contact_@x5.jpg "logo_smarter_contact_@x5")](http://smartercontact.com) ###### ###### [Product](https://smartercontact.com/pricing/) [Messaging Plans](https://smartercontact.com/messaging-plan/) [Calling Plans](https://smartercontact.com/calling-plan/) [Mobile App](https://smartercontact.com/mobile/) [What’s New](https://smartercontact.com/whats-new/) [Pricing](https://smartercontact.com/pricing/) ###### Company [Privacy Policy](https://smartercontact.com/privacy-policy/) [Terms & Conditions](https://smartercontact.com/terms-and-conditions/)   [mailto:support@smartercontact.com](mailto:support@smartercontact.com) Copyright © 2026, Smarter Contact #### Product - [Messaging Plans](https://smartercontact.com/messaging-plan/) - [Calling Plans](https://smartercontact.com/calling-plan/) - [Mobile App](https://smartercontact.com/mobile/) - [What’s New](https://smartercontact.com/whats-new/) - [Pricing](https://smartercontact.com/pricing/) #### Company - [Privacy Policy](https://smartercontact.com/privacy-policy/) - [Terms & Conditions](https://smartercontact.com/terms-and-conditions/) #### Solutions - [Investors](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-investors/) - [Agents](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-agents/) - [Brokers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-brokers/) - [Wholesalers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-wholesalers/) - [Land Flippers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-land-flippers/) - [Fix and Flippers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-fix-and-flippers/) - [Land Developers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-land-developers/) - [Property Developers](https://smartercontact.com/real-estate-property-developers/) #### Comparison - [Launch Control vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/launch-control-vs-smarter-contact/) - [Batch Leads vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/batch-leads-vs-smarter-contact/) - [Lead Sherpa vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/lead-sherpa-vs-smarter-contact/) - [ReplySmart vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/replysmart-vs-smarter-contact/) - [ZeitBlast vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/zeitblast-vs-smarter-contact/) - [Sendivo vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/sendivo-vs-smarter-contact/) - [HighLevel vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/highlevel-vs-smarter-contact/) - [XLeads vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/xleads-vs-smarter-contact/) - [ReadyMode vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/readymode-vs-smarter-contact/) - [BatchDialer vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/batchdialer-vs-smarter-contact/) - [PhoneBurner vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/phoneburner-vs-smarter-contact/) - [Roor vs Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/roor-vs-smarter-contact/) #### Resources - [Tutorials](https://smartercontact.com/tutorials/) - [Help Center](https://support.smartercontact.com/?hsLang=en) - [Careers](https://smartercontact.hurma.work/public-vacancies) [![Smarter Contact](https://smartercontact.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Logo-2.svg)](https://smartercontact.com) [![Download on the App Store](https://smartercontact.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/App-Store.svg)](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/smarter-contact/id1637673379) [![Get it on Google Play](https://smartercontact.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Google-Play.svg)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartercontactapp&pli=1) © 2026 Copyright Smarter Contact.
