Updating Your Payment Details

Need to add a card, change which card you're billed on, or remove one? You manage all of your payment methods from the Manage cards page. Follow the steps below.

ⓘ Note: Sub-accounts don't have access to the Manage cards page. Card management is only available on the main account.

Opening the Manage cards page

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Open the Membership page.
  3. In the Payment section, click Manage cards.

This opens the dedicated Manage cards page, where all card management happens — adding, switching, and deleting cards are handled here, not directly on the Membership page.

Adding a new card

  1. On the Manage cards page, open the add-card form.
  2. Fill in all of the fields, then click Add New Card.

The form has 8 required fields, all mandatory:

  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Card number
  • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • CVC

Accepted card types: credit, debit, and prepaid.

Once added, the new card appears at the top of the Added cards list. Keep in mind:

  • A new card is not automatically set as your primary card.
  • It becomes primary by default only if it's the first card on your account (since it's the only one).
  • If Backup protection is enabled, the new card is saved as a backup instead of the primary.

Changing your primary card

To switch which card is used as the primary:

  1. Click Edit on the card you want to make primary.
  2. Confirm the change in the modal that appears.

There is no radio button for switching cards — the change is made through the Edit button and confirmation modal.

Backup protection

Backup protection is a toggle that enables failover billing, so you always have a backup card on file. While it's enabled, any newly added card is saved as a backup rather than becoming your primary card.

Deleting a card

  1. Click the bin (delete) icon next to the card.
  2. Confirm in the modal that appears.

You can't delete all of your cards — one card must always remain attached to your account. When only one card is on file, the Delete button is disabled, and hovering over it shows the tooltip: "To delete this payment method, you must add another primary card."
