Updating Your Profile Information
Your Profile page is the home for your account identity in Smarter Contact: your name, email address, company, timezone, password, and Google login. Keeping these accurate matters — your timezone in particular controls when scheduled campaigns send. This article covers each field and how your changes get saved. Open the page under Settings > Profile.

Updating your name and company
- Type into the First name, Last name, or Company field.
- Click Save changes.
Changing your timezone
- Click the Select Timezone field.
- Choose your timezone.
- Click Save changes.
Smarter Contact uses the timezone set here when it schedules campaigns — not your leads' timezone. If yours doesn't match the market you're texting, messages can land outside business hours. If your profile is set to Chicago (UTC −06:00) and you text leads in Los Angeles (UTC −08:00), a 9 a.m. scheduled send reaches them at 7 a.m. their time — before their day starts.
💡 Pro tip — Set your timezone to the market you're texting in, not where you sit — it's what keeps scheduled sends within your leads' business hours.
